• Ascend is an intensive outpatient program that was developed to help young women between the ages of 18 and 28 who are struggling to navigate the path from adolescence to young adulthood.

This program is designed to offer parents: 1) A new understanding of what it means to be autonomous and independent during adolescence... developmental achievements best facilitated by a sound parent-child relationship and 2) A road map to help parents to guide their children along their journey towards independence using connection as the primary vehicle.
